2010 Winter Olympics Torch Relay – Celebrations Feature
We are ready! Vancouver and Whistler are absolutely buzzing with excitement! We’re counting down to the last few hours until the Opening Ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, at BC Place Stadium – 6 pm PT, Friday, February 12.
Bringing the Olympic Torch home after travelling 45,000 km to over 1,000 Canadian communities with 12,000 torchbearers … The Olympic flame is now in Vancouver since the torch relay began on October 30, 2009. Today is the last day (Day 106) of the Olympic Torch Relay, making several more stops around Vancouver Friday morning and early afternoon February 12 … then the flame receives a blessing and a final resting for a few hours before it’s appearance at the Opening Ceremonies celebrations in BC Place Stadium. It’ll be a super spectacular show! And the world will be watching! Who will light the Olympic cauldron?

Take a look-see at some of the highlights of the 2010 Winter Olympics torch relay as it travelled across Canada, from coast to coast to coast. Every means of transportation was used.
